- I have family members and friends who experience different forms of OCD. Our sessions will always be judgment-free, and I understand that OCD can bring up some scary (sometimes even taboo) intrusive thoughts that can be difficult to share with another person. I will work hard to create a safe space so you can be 100% yourself. I look at other existing mental health issues that may need to be addressed as well. My other focus areas include anxiety, depression, grief counseling, ADHD, and social media addiction.
