- Every NOCD Member is different. I'll work with your strengths and values and lean into my creativity, humor, and empathy. I'll help you learn how to respond to irrational vs. rational fears, problem-solve, and be less reactive. As someone who lives with OCD and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), I understand how treatment sometimes needs to be flexible based on your needs. I'm passionate about offering care to individuals who benefit from a variety of interventions, from ERP, to CBT, DBT-informed skills, and PE. Beyond OCD, I focus on PTSD and trauma, depression, BFRBs, tics, and hoarding. I am certified as a CBT therapist with The Academy of Cognitive Therapy and have extensive training in ERP, CBT, DBT, BA, HRT, and PE.
