- I approach treating OCD the way I approach any kind of treatment: collaboratively. This work is a team effort. It’s crucial that anyone working with me feels they have full autonomy and control over how they'll meet their goals. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan, goals for therapy, and homework, and decide what to work on in every session. Recovery from OCD can be challenging. It can also be one of the most empowering experiences of your life. Besides OCD, I also focus on trauma and complex trauma, dissociative disorders, anxiety disorders, and couples therapy.
