- I use a justice-based framework for OCD treatment: I'm very thoughtful in what I ask you to do, and I won't ask you to do anything that would go against your values. I'll educate you about your individual OCD, then we'll work together to find new ways to respond more flexibly. I strive to have genuine relationships with members I work with, and I hope I can join you in celebrating wins along the way to reclaiming your life from OCD. I also treat anxiety disorders, depression, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs).
