- NOCD is here to help you with the most effective treatment for OCD. As a therapist, I'm relaxed and like to be creative. I'm motivated to support people who feel isolated or judged for their struggles. I'm here to listen, and I won't judge your unwanted thoughts. I'll be your supporter on this journey to getting better. I have a keen interest in helping people in crisis, the BIPOC community, and LGBTQ+ people as an ally.
