- The biggest challenges offer the greatest rewards. Although you'll be doing important and difficult work in OCD therapy, you will not be alone. I offer a safe space with no judgment and no discrimination. First, I'll identify and isolate your unwanted behaviors, vulnerabilities, and triggers. Then I'll help you navigate those vulnerabilities and triggers through systematic, incremental exposure. I have noticed OCD traits in my own life. I have experience treating schizophrenia, autism, depression, generalized and social anxiety, and borderline personality disorder.
