- I'm a compassionate and understanding therapist. My approach to treating OCD utilizes ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) along with CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) if needed. The pace of exposure will be tailored to you and provide for your needs during treatment. Be patient with yourself. Know that things will get better for you during ERP treatment.
