- My own journey with anxiety inspired me to become a therapist. I'll help you face your fears, build tolerance to discomfort, and reduce distress from intrusive thoughts. I'm patient and supportive, and I'll foster self-accountability through honest communication. This process may not always be easy, but I'll be here to support you on your journey. The only way out is through. I also focus on treating ADHD and anxiety disorders; I've found this overlaps with NOCD's treatment approach and makes me a more comprehensive therapist.
