- My approach to treating OCD is person-centered. Although OCD treatment is standard, each person is different. My goal is to learn as much as I can about you and utilize this knowledge to help you meet your treatment goals. This is a safe space to share everything you experience. By sharing, you're allowing yourself to reclaim control. I want to help you be more productive and create the life you've always wanted for yourself. In addition to treating OCD, I also work frequently with persons dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD.
