I commit to providing a safe, friendly, clear-communication environment where we can work collaboratively to improve your quality of life. Your diagnosis is not your identity. I'll help you understand OCD and regain your life. We will take things at your pace. In addition to OCD therapy, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief, medical trauma, terminal and chronic diagnoses, and caregiver burnout.
