- I am a person-centered, compassionate, and collaborative therapist. At NOCD, you will learn real tools to overcome your OCD and live a fulfilling life free from obsessions and compulsions. Therapy is one of the few places you can show up completely as you are — messy, scared, and raw. You'll be met with full acceptance and non-judgment. You cannot do therapy wrong, and you can never be in trouble. Full recovery is possible! In addition to OCD treatment, I specialize in eating disorders, body image disturbance, and mood disorders.
