- I became a therapist after struggling with my own mental health as a teenager. Because of stigmas in my family, I didn’t get support until adulthood—and once I did, I knew I wanted to help others access the care they deserve without shame. Having received treatment for OCD myself, I now focus on supporting this community with compassion and understanding. My approach is holistic, empathetic, and grounded in creating a safe, judgment-free space where healing and growth can truly begin. In addition to OCD, I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma.
