- Navigating OCD can feel overwhelming and isolating, but you don't have to face it by yourself. I am committed to helping people feel seen, understood, and supported as they develop practical tools to reclaim their lives. In our work together, you'll be an active part of your treatment team. We'll identify what's holding you back and create strategies to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and at peace. In addition to OCD, my other areas of focus include anxiety, depression, and stress management, especially during life transitions.
