- Living with OCD can feel overwhelming, but recovery is absolutely possible. I help my Members face their fears, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. We'll work together at your pace, celebrating progress and finding strength in each step forward. In our sessions, you can be your authentic self and share your story without fear of judgment or criticism. In addition to OCD, I also have extensive experience working with treatment-resistant anxiety and depression, and PTSD.
