- OCD loves to cause shame and isolate you. It doesn't want you to share what you're going through or to be yourself. There's risk and doubt to that, and OCD feeds on doubt. I know this condition is a monster that doesn't want you to live an authentic life, and I'm here to help. Together, we can tell OCD to leave you alone and build skills that help you live the life you want. In addition to treating OCD, I have experience working with trauma, eating disorders, men's mental health, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
