- Unwanted thoughts and behaviors can deeply impact individuals and their families. I take a direct, solution-focused approach to OCD therapy, helping you turn abstract fears and intrusive thoughts into something we can actively address. In our sessions, we'll take concrete steps toward lasting change. Confidentiality and privacy are central to my practice. You'll have a space to share openly and without judgment. In addition to OCD, I focus on family systems and have extensive experience supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodivergent individuals.
